Singapore Quirks in the Island City FDC, posted on August 7, 2020 from Singapore to Taipei with arrival postmarked on September 9, 2021.
This cover was missent to Malaysia, due to the COVID-19 reason, the Malaysia Post was complete temporary suspended all oversea postal service, excluding Singapore only until yet.
The missent cover was detente in Malaysia for one year, then surprised back to Taipei, a long postal journey.
